The first 7 rows on the felted clogs pattern are incredibly complicated (for me, anyway) and are part of the reason I put off knitting another pair for so long. The other morning, though, I woke up with an idea in my mind – I’d write up every section of the pattern on notecards so I could easily see which section I was working on and wouldn’t get lost in all the text (one row is 12 notecards long!). Works like a charm. (And really I should attribute this tip to my Gramma, who showed me this trick a couple years ago when I was down visiting … Just took a few years for the idea to gestate in my brain.)
(I finished T’s clogs yesterday and will post FO pics when they are done drying. I’m finishing up a pair for me now!)
